Operator/Driver
The Operators are our top position in the field. They are responsible for the daily operation of the trucks, and serve as the point of contact on every job. The operator drives the truck to the job site, controls the operation of the blower truck, and supervises other crew assigned to his truck. It is the operators responsibility to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job upon completion and relay any necessary information to the office.
Landscape Laborer
The Landscape Laborer is the assistant to the Operator. There may be two or more laborers per job. It its the primary responsibility of the Landscape Laborer to assist in pulling the hose for the Operator, and operating the blower pack for job site cleanup. The Laborer assists with the morning pre-trip and loading of material for each job, as well as cleaning out the truck afterwards.
Office Assistant/ Receptionist
The Office Assistant maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence and copying information. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. Serves customers by as primary receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status. Will be responsible for placing orders for parts and other supplies as needed.
